Peter Lawson | COO


Peter recently joined QCI as Chief Operating Officer. Originally from Aberdeen Scotland, Peter started his oilfield career with Schlumberger in the Netherlands. After four years as a cementing and stimulation engineer, he joined Baker Hughes Centrilift in Aberdeen. Over the subsequent 23 years with Baker Hughes, Peter became a subject matter expert in ESP systems working predominantly in Europe and Africa in a variety of Engineering, Sales and Operations roles. In 2005, Peter moved to global headquarters in Claremore, Oklahoma, where he served as the Director of Technology for BHI Artificial Lift Systems. Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering from The Robert Gordons University Aberdeen and a Masters in Business Administration from Bradford University.


RK Halbert | MENA General Manager


RK joined QCI early in 2012. In 1996, RK began his career as a commercial diver with American Oilfield Divers. In 1998, he transferred to Big Inch Marine Systems (Oil States), where he began his career as a field service technician, eventually becoming a master service technician. RK continued to demonstrate his awareness of the industry by taking a managerial position as Service Supervisor, and eventually becoming an Account Manager for Oil States UK.

Recently, RK accepted a position as General Manager for Middle East Operations, where with his extensive technical and operational background, he will forge advantageous business dealings, by continuing to build positive relationships with existing customers and procuring new business.


Ward Schlittler



Todd McGee | Sales Director


Todd joined QCI in 2014. He began his career in 1991, as a Technical Sales Manager providing surface sales support for the Western hemisphere sales team. In 2006, he transitioned to Superior Wellhead/Azura Energy, which became T3 Acquisition, where he was the Sales and Marketing Manager. In 2010, Todd joined Lufkin as their Global Marketing Director, where he specialized in Artificial Lift solutions and application. With responsibilities that pertained to managing large proposals, running procedures, literature, graphics and animations, he gained a broad knowledge of wellhead systems and components along with a strong customer understanding. While working in engineering with FMC and Vetco Grey in Houston, Todd attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. Todd’s broad knowledge of wellheads system and components along with his understanding of customer needs makes him a crucial member of the QCI team.


Brenda K. Gage | International Sales


Brenda K. Gage joined Quick Connectors Inc. in 2000 in International Sales. While Brenda’s career originated with Ring-O Valve Inc., in 1994, as a Contract Administrator; after six years, she transitioned companies and roles, to operate as the international sales department. In her position, she works closely with international clients to provide both accurate information and suitable equipment; a privilege of her position is to facilitate reliable and constructive relationships with both new and existing clients.

Sheldon Hoesli | Operations Manager - Mid Con. & Bakken


Sheldon joined the QCI team in 2012. Prior to that, he spent 8 years in the United States Army as a Blackhawk crew member. After leaving the Army, Sheldon spent 4 years at Schlumberger Artificial Lift as a field technician, where he was deployed to service the entire mid-continent and eastern United States. During his time at SLB, he gained experience and knowledge of ESP systems and troubleshooting that is an asset to the QCI team today. Sheldon is currently QCI’s Mid-Continent Manager, overseeing operations, sales, and service.


Jase Stender | Corporate Sales


Jase joined the QCI team in 2017. He began his career in 2007 with Baker Hughes Artificial Lift in their Management Training Program at headquarters in Claremore, OK. For the next 8 years in Casper, WY and Denver, CO, he progressed from inside sales/customer support to account management, then business development for the entire Rocky Mountain Region. In 2015, Jase joined GE Oil & Gas in Oklahoma City as their Key Account Executive, where he managed all GE business units’ strategic sales on an executive level. He moved back to Denver, CO in 2017 and joined the QCI team. Jase attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. Jase’s extensive knowledge of artificial lift, ESP’s, and unconventional shale plays makes him a crucial member of the QCI team.


Scott Loomis | Mid-Continent District Manager


In 2012 Scott moved from Arizona to Oklahoma to join the QCI team as a field service technician. He became Mid-Continent Service Supervisor in 2013; by demonstrating extensive knowledge in scheduling and training field service technicians, Scott was recently promoted to his current position, Mid-Continent District Manager, where his focus is on operations and sales. Prior to QCI, Scott managed a contractor service company providing technical sales and service for building renovations on commercial and residential facilities throughout Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.

Roberto Sepulveda | Engineering Manager


Roberto joined QCI as Engineering Manager in June of 2016. Roberto started his career with R&M Energy Systems in 2003 as a sustaining engineer conducting root cause analysis and developing new power section & progressive cavity pump designs. After three years at R&M Energy Systems he joined Weatherford International as a project engineer in ESP systems working on developing new motor seal design and supporting service centers. In 2010, Roberto joined FMC Technologies where he held multiple engineering roles in the subsea controls and data management department. Roberto holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Houston.

Tony Palazzolo


Tony joined QCI in 2003 as a part-time shop helper while pursuing a career in baseball. Shortly after he was hired full-time as an assembly technician, installer, and international trainer. He became shop foreman in 2010; by demonstrating his extensive knowledge of QCI products, Tony was promoted to his current position, Production Manager, in 2016. Tony attended San Jacinto Junior College and Houston Baptist University. He also played two years of minor league baseball in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Leah Whittaker | Account Manager


Leah Whittaker joined Quick Connectors, Inc., in 2003, while taking advantage of her high school’s co-op program. After graduating with a Bachelors in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2011, she transitioned into Sales Account Manager providing support for QCI’s US based customers. She also provides support for new customer setup with attention to MSAs and contracts.
