Field Service QCI strives to offer worldwide support for installation and services and, as part of that effort, QCI directly employs certified technicians who are capable of providing product installation and technical support for both domestic and international customers.
Domestically, QCI has three service centers strategically located in Houston, Texas, Odessa, Texas, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As QCI continues to expand into new territories, additional service support facilities will be opened on an as-needed basis. In addition to offering technical support for QCI’s products, each service location also holds inventory required to support regional installations.
International service is generally handled either by certified technicians employed by our regional Representatives (where available) or by QCI’s certified technicians based in Houston.
